Logging In

To run BT Draw, you need to install the latest version of Betting Assistant.

Log in using your Betfair Username and Password.
If you receive an error message, please contact Gruss at admin@gruss-software.co.uk

• Tick the box if you want Betting Assistant to remember your Username.
• Keep the profile option at “Default”.

If you need to use a proxy server or your location requires that you use a proxy server then you can enter the credentials here. In most cases you will not need to enter these details and should leave the option unticked.

Once you have successfully logged in, you MUST WAIT until Betting Assistant has loaded the new markets before launching BT Draw. As long as the message “Fetching markets, please wait…” is displayed on your screen, you cannot turn on BT Draw because Betting Assistant is not yet ready.
