This happens in two different cases:

• If you have some problems with the .NET Framework, in this case the best solution is to execute this tool from Microsoft to try to repair it:
  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135
  After that, reboot your computer and follow the step 3, then relaunch the bot.
• If you are connected more than twice to IPT data.
  This happens if you are using SS2Pro, and if you are also connected twice to Inplaytrading website (from the same computer or any other devices like a tablet or a smartphone.
  In this case, the bot will be disconnected from IPT, and it will no longer work until you turn it off and then turn it on again.

You must install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86).
If you still have the same issue, this means that the .ini file of SS2 Pro is probably corrupted. In this case, simply delete the file named “supervisor.ini” that you will find in the folder:
“C:UsersAdministratorAppDataRoamingBettingdevSS2Pro”.
Note that the folder “AppData” is a hidden folder. Also if you are using SS2 Pro on your own computer, the folder “Administrator“ could be different.

To import races from GH Best Times into G2M, here’s a more detailed guide:

In your screenshot, all the bets are BEST bets. This means that the the BACK bet is placed with the stake value that is in the Stake column, and the lay bet at a percentage lower than the BSP that is in the column “Best”.

So, if I take your first screenshot, the first bet is a BEST bet for £14 at 85% (Best column). If you use the Calculator of HRB2L you will see that the expected profit is about £78, the same value than the P/L in your screenshot.
The second selection was a BEST bet at 50%, which is equal to a DOB, so the P/L is £20.

Regarding the fact that some P/L are empty, this is simply due to the fact that the BEST bet was not possible. Again, you can check with HRB2L calculator. For example, if the BSP is 2.5 and the BEST bet is 65%, the BEST bet cannot be processed because the odds is too low.
