[Solved] NO RESULTS COMING THROUGH

Thats appears we can't retrieve AUS results as we did before automatically. So we will update them time to time for the moment.

Thanks Lawrence for that update but we need this feature working as I haven't got the time to be sitting here updating results. I understand we are all busy but this is an important part of this software. If you could please look into it. Thanks Zokki
I just want to clarify that the results that are not automatically displayed only concern the test mode of Australia.
Otherwise the live results work properly.
To alleviate this problem, we update the results in the morning and evening (UK time), so you don't have to stay in front of your computer for several hours. Just one update twice a day, you can retrieve the results or you can enter them manually.
Rest assured that our team is trying to find another solution to keep the results up to date as before. We will keep you informed.

Indeed we had a trouble retrieving Saturday's results. The only solution is to fill these results manually.

Hi Lawrence, It is very time consuming and I use the software everyday and rely on the results.
Is there somehow you can fix this or give me an alternative other than input manually? I mean we live in a digital world and I shouldn't have to do this manually.
I understand your frustration about this disadvantage for the Australian results, but we hope that this will be fixed in a week's time at the most. On our side we do an update 2 to 3 times a day, so don't hesitate to check if the results have been updated.

Not only are the 'Results' Still not working, I have also noticed the software not picking up the data on particular races. This must have been happening for a while but I never really looked into it.
I mean I have purchased this Malbot software and half the stuff not functioning correctly.
In your last email you said you were going to fix results which has not been done.
Sorry for the delay but we are in the process of setting up a much more robust system to retrieve the results, which is taking longer than expected for development and testing.
Regarding the other issue, please send your files via the bot by clicking on the button “Tech. Support”, tick all the boxes and “Send Message”, so we can investigate further.

Hi Lawrence - Race Results have not been updated now for over a month. You have simply given up, I can tell. I mean your quote " but we hope that this will be fixed in a week's time at the most." was stated months ago by you. I have purchased this Malbot basic type of software that simply doesn't work.
Please do the right thing and either rectify the issue or give me another alternative. I am a reasonable person and you guys are being a little unreasonable.
We are sorry if the manual results updates of this third party software which I remind you "only concern the test mode of the Australian races" could not be assured these last few weeks, due to the fact that our hard-working team members had to stop and take a well-deserved holiday.
As you know, we cannot be responsible for any faults, failures, errors, or issues relating to the operation of third party software/site nor for the availability of updates and upgrades.
As I told you we are going to implement another more reliable system than this third party, but the development is taking a little longer than expected. In the meantime we have reactivated the manual updates.
We can understand your impatience but rest assured that this new system to retrieve Aus results in mode test is one of our priorities.
