Having “Premium Technical Support Service” means that our Technical Team will be available to you as long as you are subscriber to this service, to iron-out any potential issues, questions or advices you could have with your purchased bots within 24 hours.
As a subscription is only valid for ONE software, please during checkout (order note) state the bot for which you want support e.g. SS2. If, say, you have 2 bots (e.g. Malbot and SS2) and you want support for both, then you will need to buy two subscriptions.
