To be honest we expected more with Spikey Tennis.
After setting all of the strategies like suggested the software has an 18-point loss.
It is not the losses in itself but the problem is the strategies.
I have never understood completely how to earn with the right settings, since I set up your predefined strategy.
…Boh.
So after more than 6 months of subscription, I think we quit, plus there is no really a good guide for this.

The product seems to be doing its job so far, giving some good suggestions. I’d love it to be able to automatically bet on other houses too but that’s my issue as I opted out of Betfair long ago 😀 What I lack most is information about how to setup the alerts, what to consider, what choices are there… Where can that be found? The forum is empty of any info, FAQs are veeeeery limited… So no idea what could I improve (if anything at all). Besides installation instructions are spartan. I managed to get this working on a Win 2019 Server VPS running over ****** in the UK, if that helps anyone. Make sure .Net 3.5 is installed 😉
