You will then have the option to import the text file that was generated by GH Best Times. By following these steps, you should be able to smoothly incorporate the selections from GH Best Times into G2M.

Q: What do I need to start with G2M?

You need a Betfair Account and a Gruss Software subscription (Betting Assistant).

Q: What is Betting Assistant and what is it used for?

G2M does not directly use the Betfair API but uses the COM connection of Betting Assistant (Gruss Software) to connect to your Betfair account. That’s why you have to subscribe to Betting Assistant (£6/month) to run it (i.e. to read markets). As a new subscriber of Betting Assistant you can enjoy a 30-day free trial.

Q: Do I need a VPS to run G2M?

If your personal computer has the necessary technical requirements you can run G2M with it. But for a better use of G2M we advise the use of our UK VPS. If you want to install a lifetime license of G2M, the STANDARD PLAN is ideal. But if you only want to use G2M on a monthly basis on one of our UK VPS's then the ONE BOT PLAN plan is the perfect plan for you. Considering G2M runs 24/7, you can turn off your personal computer while it runs on our UK VPS. The betting market never stops so it is inconceivable that you would need to stop G2M just because you have to turn off your personal computer! Also, between you and us, the fact is that your personal computer is not really designed to stay ON for 24/7. Running it like that will inevitably shorten its lifespan!

Q: Can I uninstall and reinstall G2M in the case of broken PC or VPS server change?

YES of course. Concretely, if you want to change your PC or use a VPS, we will send you a new product key, and the previous one will be automatically deactivated because One Licence = One computer or VPS.

Q: Is your bot will run with a Romanian Betfair account?

If you have any issue when launching the software, follow these steps: Close the bot, Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistribuable Package (x86) and launch it, Select "Install" or "Repair", Relaunch the bot.

Q: After having installed G2M, when I try to launch the application, it crashes immediately.

This is due to the fact that you have not installed Betting Assistant. Betting Assistant must be installed before to launch G2M, and Betting Assistant must be launched before to turn on the bot.

Q: When I execute the installation file, nothing happens!

Windows 7 and 8 could block the execution of the installation as the file comes from Internet. To bypass this issue, you need to unlock the file: Right-click the file Click "Properties" Go to the "General" tab Click on "Unlock file" Click OK Re-execute the installation file.
