Please read this document carefully before accessing or using this site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the site or use the Software.

These terms and conditions govern your use of https://www.bettingdev.com (site) operated by Gyanhton Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

We provide the use and support of Bettingdev (“Automated Bots” “Betting Software” “Services Subscription” “Technical Support”) to Customer (“you”, “your”, “he”, or “his”) under the following Terms and Conditions.

We may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.


AUTOMATED BOTS

Your computer configuration, operation system and installed software must comply with our technical requirements that currently are:
* Supported Operating Systems: Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 2012 Server, Windows 2016 DC, Windows 2019 DC
* Processor: 1 GHz Pentium processor or equivalent
* Memory: To 1 GB from 4GB recommended (the actual requirement will relate to the bot(s) installed).
* Disk Space Requirements: 50MB
* Screen Resolution: 1280×720 (minimum)

Prerequisites: You must have a Betfair Global Exchange Account i.e UK/AUS/ROMANIAN/SWEDEN (you must agree to BetFair’s Terms and Conditions listed on their web site) and a subscription to Gruss Software (Betting Assistant) (latest version); Microsoft .Net Framework 4.6.1 – If you have purchased Soccer Supervisor 2 Pro, you will need an extra subscription to InplayTRADING.

LICENCE:
You can install and run ONE Betting Software (Betting Bot) on ONE computer at any one time.
Each Automated Bot is sold as monthly or yearly subscription.

One licence = One computer.

UPDATES & UPGRADES:
Updates are free for the current version that the customer has bought. However, major upgrades are subject to our fees policy.

YOU MAY NOT:
– Permit other individuals to use our Automated Bots or those of our partners developed by us.
– Modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble in any manner, the material on the site, including text, graphics, code, license and/or our Automated Bots or those of our partners developed by us. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.
Distribute data, files, results on platforms
Create derivative works based on our Automated Bots or these one of our partners developed by us.
– Rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Automated Bots.

Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Automated Bots shall remain with us. Our Automated Bots are protected by international copyright treaties.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF USERS OF OUR AUTOMATED BOTS
– Users of our Automated Bots shall accept responsibility for running any kind of third-party software and/or service that may prevent our Automated Bots from running. These may include anti-virus, firewall, proxy, content-analyzing software and hardware.
– Users of our Automated Bots shall accept responsibility for the change of their system configuration that may lead to our Automated Bots inability to function.
– Users of our Automated Bots shall accept responsibility for complying with their local laws, authorities’ instructions and other directives that may prohibit and/or partly block BetFair’s or our Automated Bots functioning. 

THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE
Our Automated Bots need third parties such as Betfair API or different data to run. We can not be responsible for any faults, failures, errors, or issues relating to the operation of third party software/site nor for the availability of updates and upgrades. 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Our Automated Bots are provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Automated Bots is borne by you.
Should the Automated Bots prove defective, you and not us assume the entire cost of any service and repair.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR INABILITY TO USE OUR BETTING SOFTWARES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

AUTOMATED BOTS DELIVERY
Our Automated Bots are downloadable after purchase. Then, when you execute the application for the first time, you will need to enter the activation key that you will receive after having sent the request by e-mail. If you do not receive an email containing the product key within a few hours after the order, you may to check your junk folder. If the e-mail is not there, please open a ticket.

BETTING SOFTWARE

BETTING SOFTWARE DELIVERY
Our Betting Software are downloadable after purchase. PAYMENT METHOD, CANCELLATIONS AND PAYMENT FAILED

By subscribing to one or several of our products (Automated Bots or Betting Software) you agree to become a subscriber for the period at least 15 (fifteen) days or 1 (one) month for the number of licenses you choose for.
A 15-day subscription period or a Monthly Subscriptions are non-refundable.

Your 15-day subscription period or monthly subscription will start when we confirms your payment and will continue for a period of the plan purchased. When you purchase a 15-day subscription period subscription or monthly subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in your Bettingdev Account. At the end of the subscription period, you will automatically be signed up and billed for an additional subscription term of 15 days or 1 month at then-current pricing. If you would like to discontinue automatic renewal, you may cancel the service via PayPal or through Bettingdev.com>My Account>My Subscriptions prior to the end of your current subscription term. Once your subscription is cancelled, no further recurring payment on your account will be made and then a final confirmation will be sent by e-mail. Once the subscription has been cancelled the access to the software, bot, data, betting system stops at the end of that current billing cycle.

By default auto renewal is turned on as the service starts and it is a client’s responsibility to cancel their recurring payment with PayPal in case of payment failed. Any payments received because a client has not cancelled their subscription will not be refunded. If for any reason payment is not received by us on the billing date each month we reserves the right to restrict services and if the payment remains outstanding after 3 days after the payment date, we will cancel the service.


TECHNICAL SUPPORT

OVERVIEW
This Support Policy outlines the support you can expect when purchasing our products. All our betting bots and software come with 6 months of included Technical Support. After this initial support period, if you require continued assistance, you can renew your support subscription for either 6 months or 1 year to access help from our team. We are committed to assisting you with any challenges related to the installation and usage of our Automated Bots and Betting Software, and we include the ‘Installation Help Service’ with all our products. Our goal is to find solutions to every problem you encounter.

INCLUDED SUPPORT
Our support for Automated Bots and Betting Software is provided via email and covers the following:

  • Answering questions regarding the general features and functionality of our products.
  • Investigating issues and addressing bugs

SUPPORT HOURS
Our support hours are from 10 am to 6 pm (UK Time) Monday through Friday.

ESTIMATED RESPONSE TIME
We aim to respond within 24 support hours. Please note that this is an estimated response time, and actual response times may vary depending on the volume of support requests. More advanced or technical queries may take longer to address.

Please be aware that if you are running our Betting Software or Automated Bots on a VPS from a provider other than Gyanhton and encounter a technical issue requiring our intervention, a fee of £30 will be charged.

This support policy is applicable to all purchases of our betting bots or software.

CONFIDENTIALITY

As software engineers, confidentiality is part of our job. This is required for any project no matter what it is. No information you provide to us will be disclosed or reused for the creation of a betting solution.


LIABILITY

We are not responsible for any losses incurred by buying our products. It is impossible to offer guarantees of any financial gains. Betting can be very risky and users of our Automated Bots or Betting Software should only speculate with money that they can comfortably afford to lose, and should ensure that the risks involved are fully understood, seeking advice if necessary.
Be responsible about gambling.
Historical results are simply records for the particular systems managed by us, and these are not predictions of future results. If the results of any bets or trades are not as expected, then we cannot accept the liability for this, as it is based on our subjective opinion of what we thought was going to occur. If you choose to place a bet or trade, then this is your choice and you must accept responsibility for your own actions. We can only provide our products to people over the legal age for trading in their respective locations, and also in countries where online trading is permitted. If we suspect you may be acting contrary to these legal requirements, then you are not permitted to use our products.


REFUND

We do not accept refunds for any reason whatsoever.  All payments made to us are final for all products.

PRE-ORDER Products Policy

We consider pre-ordered products as custom software offerings, due to their tailored development and early access benefits. As such, pre-order purchases are not eligible for refunds. Customers who pre-order will receive immediate access to the current version of the software, ensuring value from the moment of purchase. In exceptional cases, where a pre-ordered product is not delivered within 6 months, we may, at our discretion, refund the difference between the price of the new version and the current version. This policy underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality, customized software solutions while recognizing the unique nature of pre-ordered products.

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

The Customer acknowledges that any attempt to dispute or initiate a chargeback with Paypal or their Credit Card issuer will result in a suspension or termination of all services and products. A reactivation fee of £5 will be charged to reinstate services. A chargeback imposed under false pretenses is considered fraudulent and will be treated as such.

FEES POLICY

This is an amount charged to customers wishing to upgrade a software or a bot ‘Lifetime License’ to a higher version than the one they have purchased. To qualify for the upgrade price, the version in the customer’s possession must have been acquired no more than one year prior to their upgrade request.


FORUM

Within our forum you shall conduct yourself in a professional and civil manner, anybody failing to do so will have their forum membership removed and their posts deleted. This is a Community Forum that allows Bettors/Traders interact with their colleagues, other Bettors/Traders, share ideas and experience with our products or talk strategies. 


CHANGES OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Changes to our Terms and Conditions will be made without direct notification. It is your responsibility to ensure you check for changes in Terms and Conditions.
