These terms and conditions govern your use of https://www.bettingdev.com (site) operated by Gyanhton Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

We provide the use and support of Bettingdev (“Automated Bots” “Betting Software” “Services Subscription” “Technical Support”) to Customer (“you”, “your”, “he”, or “his”) under the following Terms and Conditions.

We may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

AUTOMATED BETTING BOTS

Your computer configuration, operation system and installed software must comply with our technical requirements that currently are:
* Supported Operating Systems: Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 2012 Server, Windows 2016 DC, Windows 2019 DC
* Processor: 1 GHz Pentium processor or equivalent
* Memory: To 1 GB from 4GB recommended (the actual requirement will relate to the bot(s) installed).
* Disk Space Requirements: 50MB
* Screen Resolution: 1280×720 (minimum)

Prerequisites: You must have a Betfair Global Exchange Account i.e UK/AUS/ROMANIAN (you must agree to BetFair’s Terms and Conditions listed on their web site) and a subscription to Gruss Software (Betting Assistant) (latest version); Microsoft .Net Framework 4.6.1 – If you have purchased Soccer Supervisor 2 Pro, you will need an extra subscription to InplayTRADING.

LICENCE:
You can install and run one Automated Bot on one computer at any one time. One license equals one computer. Our Automated Bots are available under Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plans, or Lifetime-only plans, depending on the product purchased. Where subscription plans apply, access remains valid for the duration of the active subscription.

We strongly recommend starting with a Monthly Plan, where available, to confirm that the product suits your needs before purchasing a Lifetime License.

UPDATES & UPGRADES:
Updates are free for the current version that the customer has bought. However, major upgrades are subject to our fees policy. The customer will always retain access to the version originally purchased, even if they choose not to upgrade to a future major release. Please note that once a major upgrade is released, the previous version is no longer maintained or updated.

YOU MAY NOT:
– Permit other individuals to use our Automated Bots or those of our partners developed by us.
– Modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble in any manner, the material on the site, including text, graphics, code, license and/or our Automated Bots or those of our partners developed by us. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.
– Distribute data, files, results on platforms
– Create derivative works based on our Automated Bots or these one of our partners developed by us.
– Rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Automated Bots.

Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Automated Bots shall remain with us. Our Automated Bots are protected by international copyright treaties.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF USERS OF OUR AUTOMATED BOTS
– Users of our Automated Bots shall accept responsibility for running any kind of third-party software and/or service that may prevent our Automated Bots from running. These may include anti-virus, firewall, proxy, content-analyzing software and hardware.
– Users of our Automated Bots shall accept responsibility for the change of their system configuration that may lead to our Automated Bots inability to function.
– Users of our Automated Bots shall accept responsibility for complying with their local laws, authorities’ instructions and other directives that may prohibit and/or partly block BetFair’s or our Automated Bots functioning. 

THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE
Our Automated Bots need third parties such as Betfair API or different data to run. We can not be responsible for any faults, failures, errors, or issues relating to the operation of third party software/site nor for the availability of updates and upgrades. 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Our Automated Bots are provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Automated Bots is borne by you.
Should the Automated Bots prove defective, you and not us assume the entire cost of any service and repair.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR INABILITY TO USE OUR BETTING SOFTWARES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

AUTOMATED BOTS DELIVERY
Our Automated Bots are downloadable after purchase. Then, when you execute the application for the first time, you will need to enter the activation key that you will receive after having sent the request by e-mail. If you do not receive an email containing the product key within a few hours after the order, you may to check your junk folder. 

BETTING SOFTWARE

Your computer configuration, operation system and installed software must comply with our technical requirements that currently are:

BETTING SOFTWARE DELIVERY
Our Betting Software is downloadable after purchase. Once the software is installed, you must register before using it. Enter the order number found in your order confirmation email, along with the email address used during purchase, then click “Activate”. The validation process may take a few minutes to be processed by our payment system. If activation does not complete immediately, please wait a short moment and try again.

UK VIRTUAL PRIVATE SERVER (UK VPS)

1. Service use and limitation of liability

Our UK VPS services are provided to offer a managed remote environment for running software and related services. While we take reasonable measures to maintain service stability and security, we cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our UK VPS services, including but not limited to service downtime, data loss, system failure, hardware faults, security breaches, cyber-attacks, maintenance periods, or termination of accounts.

Although daily backup files may be created on separate infrastructure, it remains the client responsibility to download and store their own backups from their UK VPS environment. We make no guarantee that any backup can be successfully restored or will be usable in all circumstances.

2. Suspension and termination of UK VPS services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any UK VPS account at our discretion where reasonable grounds exist, including but not limited to:

– Repeated or serious breaches of our acceptable usage rules
– Repeated payment failures
– Running software or processes that violate applicable laws or third-party rights
– Use of the UK VPS for sending spam, malicious content, or launching attacks
– Activities that harm, disrupt, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure, network, or other clients
– Abusive behaviour toward our staff or services

Where possible, we will attempt to notify the client before termination. In cases where an account presents an immediate security or operational risk, suspension may occur without prior notice.

Once a UK VPS account is terminated, access to the VPS, stored data, and installed programs may be removed. It is the client responsibility to retrieve any required files or backups before cancellation or termination. We cannot be held liable for the removal or loss of data or programs following account termination.

3. Software licenses and included tools

Our UK VPS services do not automatically include software licenses for third-party or proprietary applications unless explicitly stated. Certain UK VPS plans may include licenses for selected software tools provided by us. Where such licenses are included, this will always be clearly indicated on the relevant product or plan page.

It is the client responsibility to verify whether a license is included before purchasing a UK VPS plan or related service. Any included license remains valid only for as long as the client maintains an active subscription to the eligible plan.

4. Prerequisites and third-party services

Some UK VPS plans and associated software or services may require specific technical conditions, external subscriptions, or third-party services in order to function correctly. All required prerequisites are listed on the relevant product or service page.

It is the client responsibility to ensure that all required technical requirements, third-party services, subscriptions, or system conditions are in place before purchasing or using a UK VPS plan or related product. We cannot be held responsible for service limitations or failures resulting from missing or misconfigured prerequisites.

PAYMENT METHOD, CANCELLATIONS AND PAYMENT FAILED
By subscribing to one or several of our products or services, you agree to become a subscriber for the period at least 1 (one) month for the number of licenses you choose for.
Subscriptions plan are non-refundable.

Your subscription will start when we confirm your payment and will continue for the duration of the plan purchased. When you purchase a subscription period, auto-renewal is enabled by default in your Bettingdev account. At the end of the subscription period, you will automatically be renewed and billed for an additional subscription term of the same period at the then-current pricing.

If you wish to discontinue automatic renewal, you may cancel the service via PayPal prior to the end of your current subscription term. Once your subscription is cancelled, no further recurring payments will be made on your account and a final cancellation confirmation will be sent by email. After cancellation, access to the software, data and services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access will stop.

By default, auto-renewal is enabled when the service starts. It is the client responsibility to cancel their recurring payment via PayPal if they wish to stop the service. Any payments received because a client has not cancelled their subscription will not be refunded.

If for any reason payment is not received on the billing date, we reserve the right to restrict services. If payment remains outstanding for more than 1 day after the billing date, we reserve the right to cancel the service.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
This technical support policy applies to all Bettingdev betting bots, software licenses, and VPS services. Support is always available, but response time and handling priority depend on the support plan.

1) BOT & SOFTWARE SUPPORT

All users receive Standard Support for installation, configuration, and general usage. Standard response time is typically 48–72 business hours, and non-urgent questions may be handled via our community forum.
Premium Support provides prioritised assistance via email, usually within 24 business hours.
Gold Support provides priority handling within 12 business hours and continued follow-up until full resolution.

We provide an Installation Help Service with all products to ensure correct setup and to help you resolve any initial configuration issues.

A live chat assistant is available for urgent blocking issues only (e.g. access problems, software failing to launch, or an error preventing operation). For questions regarding features, configuration, or strategy, please consult the Documentation and FAQ first. If the answer is not available there, support can then be requested by email.

2) VPS SUPPORT

Our UK VPS services (VPS4Betting) benefit from continuous monitoring to ensure that the VPS environment remains stable and operational at all times, with priority assistance available whenever needed.
If you are using a third-party VPS (not VPS4Betting) and direct remote intervention from our team is required to resolve a system-level issue, a £30 service fee may apply.

Hours of service
Standard Support hours for bots and software are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 (UK). Weekend support is limited to urgent cases only. VPS monitoring remains active continuously.

CONFIDENTIALITY
As software engineers, confidentiality is part of our job. This is required for any project no matter what it is. No information you provide to us will be disclosed or reused for the creation of a betting solution.

LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any losses incurred by buying our products. It is impossible to offer guarantees of any financial gains. Betting can be very risky and users of our Automated Bots or Betting Software should only speculate with money that they can comfortably afford to lose, and should ensure that the risks involved are fully understood, seeking advice if necessary.
Be responsible about gambling.
Historical results are simply records for the particular systems managed by us, and these are not predictions of future results. If the results of any bets or trades are not as expected, then we cannot accept the liability for this, as it is based on our subjective opinion of what we thought was going to occur. If you choose to place a bet or trade, then this is your choice and you must accept responsibility for your own actions. We can only provide our products to people over the legal age for trading in their respective locations, and also in countries where online trading is permitted. If we suspect you may be acting contrary to these legal requirements, then you are not permitted to use our products.

REFUND
We do not accept refunds for any reason whatsoever.  All payments made to us are final for all products.

PayPal Subscriptions Policy

Managing PayPal subscriptions is the responsibility of the client. If you have set up a subscription to send regular payments to Bettingdev, this will continue until you cancel it directly through PayPal. Refunds for payments received via a PayPal subscription that was not cancelled due to client oversight will not be issued.

PRE-ORDER Products Policy
We consider pre-ordered products as custom software offerings, due to their tailored development and early access benefits. As such, pre-order purchases are not eligible for refunds. Customers who pre-order will receive immediate access to the current version of the software, ensuring value from the moment of purchase. In exceptional cases, where a pre-ordered product is not delivered within 6 months, we may, at our discretion, issue a coupon of equal value to the amount paid for the pre-order. This coupon can be used on any product across the site, except UK VPS services. Please note that by choosing this option, the customer will lose access to the pre-order price or any associated pre-order benefits when the product is eventually released. This policy underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality, customized software solutions while recognizing the unique nature of pre-ordered products.

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
The Customer acknowledges that any attempt to dispute or initiate a chargeback with Paypal or their Credit Card issuer will result in a suspension or termination of all services and products. A reactivation fee of £5 will be charged to reinstate services. A chargeback imposed under false pretenses is considered fraudulent and will be treated as such.

FEES POLICY
This is an amount charged to customers wishing to upgrade a software or a bot ‘Lifetime License’ to a higher version than the one they have purchased. To qualify for the upgrade price, the version in the customer’s possession must have been acquired no more than one year prior to their upgrade request.

FORUM
Within our forum you shall conduct yourself in a professional and civil manner, anybody failing to do so will have their forum membership removed and their posts deleted. This is a Community Forum that allows Bettors/Traders interact with their colleagues, other Bettors/Traders, share ideas and experience with our products or talk strategies. 

CHANGES OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Changes to our Terms and Conditions will be made without direct notification. It is your responsibility to ensure you check for changes in Terms and Conditions.
